The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. Please verify that you have entered the correct address, including your apartment and suite number. We are not responsible for goods being delivered to the wrong address. If you realize that you entered the wrong address, please email email@example.com the correct address before your order is shipped out. Once the order is shipped, we are not responsible for packages being shipped to the wrong address. If your package is returned for any reason, and you would like it to be re-shipped you will be responsible for the shipping fee.
Packages returned to Sophistiquee Beauty due to an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, or if the customer was not at home for the delivery are solely the customer’s responsibility. The customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. Shipping fees are subject to change based on current rates.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sophistiquee Beauty is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. No refund will be rendered if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Sophistiquee Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the addresses entered for an order. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to inquire about the lost or stolen package. Sophistiquee Beauty will confirm delivery to the address entered, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
