We look forward to giving you the best experience possible but there are a few house rules. Please don’t bring any extra guests such as children, family members, friends, or pets. Space is limited to clients only. Please don’t bring any cooked food. If you’re dissatisfied with your services, please express that at the time of service. We will do our best to accommodate your concerns. There will be no refunds nor re-dos after leaving the salon.
A $35 deposit is required for all first-time clients (NOT GETTING PERMANENT COLOR).
ALL COLOR CLIENTS are required to schedule a face-to-face consultation prior to booking a color appointment. Color clients are required to pay a $100 (non-refundable) deposit during the consultation. All deposits will go towards your services. Deposits are accepted via the payment link on the services page. Same-day cancellations are subject to a $35 cancellation fee and a $35 deposit is required in order to reschedule future appointments. Please arrive on time! Guests arriving 15 minutes past their scheduled appointment time are subject to cancellation/rescheduling. Guests will not receive a refund of their deposit and a $35 deposit will be required to reschedule a future appointment. There are no exceptions!
All appointments must be scheduled on the website or through the Vagaro booking system. No calls and no shows will be blocked from making future appointments. Please contact Sophistiquee Beauty if you have any questions or concerns. We look forward to taking care of your haircare needs!
